"False delivery claims and no refund offered"
They say the package they attempted to deliver to me was lost by Evri. However, Evri insists that’s not the case and that the item was sent back to them. theOuterior is not giving me my money back. I've reported them to Shopify, which is the platform they use for their online sales. Seriously, steer clear of this sketchy company. Yihang Wang is in charge, and the Manchester address they use is shared with another 92 businesses.

"Shed showed up incomplete, missing parts..."
The shed got here, but it was missing some pieces. I've attempted to reach out via email, but no one has replied, and I haven't seen a refund yet.

"CAUTION: AVOID THIS COMPANY"
Hey folks, take a moment to check out the reviews for this business before you hand over any cash. They delivered a broken shed just left at the back of my place, and now they refuse to take it back. At first, they offered me a discount of 10-30%. Seems like they might be buying these things damaged and then passing them off as brand new. Seriously, steer clear of this company.

"AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!!"
SCAMMERS!!! I forked out £200 for a pair of lights, and they showed up all damaged. I shot off an email detailing what happened and requested a return. After 5 days, I finally got a reply asking for a photo, which I sent right away. But then, nothing! It's been 6 weeks and over 20 emails later, and I still haven't heard a peep. Now I'm left with two broken lights and £200 down the drain. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

"Terrible Customer Service and Incomplete Order"
This company just sent half of what I ordered. When I reached out, they requested photos, which I provided. They then asked if I preferred a replacement or a refund, and I chose the refund. Still waiting on that! This has been dragging on since April. I bought it for a greenhouse, but now it’s the end of August—kinda late for that, right? My daughter is not pleased, and honestly, neither am I.

"Lights on Order"
I ordered some lights and I'm still waiting for them, over five weeks now. I asked for a refund, and they said the lights are in the UK and that the courier tried to deliver them! But honestly, the courier never even made an attempt to reach out to me, even though my address is correct. After four requests, I'm still waiting for my refund! This is just terrible customer service.

"Defective item, no reimbursement offered"
I received a defective item from Outerior. I reached out just two days later with video proof. I requested a refund, but they turned me down and are only offering me less than half of what I paid as compensation. They even suggested I hire a welder to fix it myself! According to their own website, the item I got is unsafe. The replies I get are just one-liners and written in terrible English. I've tried to explain my rights as a customer, but they’re just ignoring me.

"Doesn't quite keep 6 folks cozy on a cold evening."
It only warms up for the area of the pit. The sides or ends don’t heat up at all. Plus, you gotta be super close to feel any real warmth.

"Steer Clear of This Business!! A Front for a Hong Kong Operation... No UK Support"
This operation is based in Hong Kong, making the website merely a facade for low-cost imports. We ordered an egg chair that turned out to be hazardous due to poor manufacturing. Four months in, and they still refuse to give us a full refund, which is pretty standard for businesses from China. Stay away from this one. The actual company behind it seems to be GrandVoyage HK Holdings Limited.

"The loveseat is great, but the assembly guide was a nightmare"
Having a visual of the finished product would have been super helpful. Honestly, I felt the quality didn’t measure up to other items I’ve bought before. It seemed like it was thrown together in a hurry, without much care for its appearance.

"Awful company"
Awful company, I purchased some outdoor waterproof furniture covers, and they’ve got holes in the seams, making them not waterproof whatsoever. Gotta hand it to customer service, they respond fast, but they keep telling me to adjust the seams in different ways. Who knew there was a wrong way to put a cover on furniture? Really bad product and super frustrating customer support.

"Decently Constructed"
Comparable to other chairs in this category. Decently constructed. Arrived without some armrests and had a damaged protective bracket. I would’ve sent it back, but I got it for a family gathering. Still on the lookout for my missing piece, but the silver lining is they sent me a replacement order.

"Is this a scam?"
I ordered a lamp, but they sent me the wrong one. Their email replies are super slow, and they finally offered a refund, but I’m hesitant to share my info. The communication has been really lacking, and now I’m starting to think they might just be a scam. They’ve got two weeks to send the right product, or I’m gonna report them. Nice website, but no idea what’s going on.
